Anas Hussein Mohamud is a Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at SIMAD University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (2020) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Construction Management at Lincoln University College, Malaysia (2025). With over six years of professional experience, Anas actively engages in academia and the construction industry. His specialization in Construction Management spans project delays, cost overruns, and the application of digital tools in project delivery. He has contributed to various public and private sector projects across Somalia, integrating academic knowledge with practical field expertise. Alongside teaching, he is involved in curriculum development and student mentorship, strongly focusing on aligning education with industry needs. As an active member of the Somali Engineers Association, Anas is dedicated to promoting innovation, advancing construction practices, and enhancing project performance through research-driven, practical solutions.
