Abdikafi Elmi Abdishakur is a committed civil engineer and lecturer with over seven years of combined professional and academic experience, he has contributed to teaching at leading universities in Somalia, His research spans rainfall modeling, sustainable construction materials, traffic safety, and climate resilience. He has a keen academic interest in hydrology, water resource management, water scarcity challenges, and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programs. He has authored multiple applied research papers and is actively involved in engineering education, training, and consultancy projects within Somalia’s civil and water sectors.
